Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner is a modern-day woman with wisdom and energy. She's a writer, a health guru and entrepreneur. Additionally, she is credited as an actress and as a crooner. Perpetual Motion should be her nickname. Marilu's health-focused approach is apparent throughout her life. She's a firm believer that health and fitness will allow the person to be able to perform everything. However, not all the time. When she was in her teens, she began to yo-yo diet and watched her weight increase. She was a grumpy eater who felt sick and unhealthy all the every day. Her parents both died in their 50's--her mother from complications from arthritis and her father, from a heart attack, she knew that she had to take control over her own health, so that the same fate did not come her way. The focus was not on food regimens, but instead about discovering the most effective way to improve the function of our bodies.
